To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items without a proof of purchase will not be accepted.Techaholic returns policy covers items for 30 days from receipt of goods.
Returns - Refunds and Exchanges
Techaholic are happy to offer a refund or exchange within thirty days of purchase.
Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the goods being returned to us for inspection and
processing at the address we supply in Queensland.
The buyer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached (where appropriate).
Goods received returned in an unsaleable condition i.e. showing any signs of wear whatsoever will not be refunded
Refunds are for the cost of the goods only and we cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages.
All goods that are found to be faulty will either be replaced as soon as possible, or a full refund will be processed.
Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of receipt of goods and we will rectify the situation.
Incorrect item received
From time to time, the incorrect item may be sent out accidentally.
Whilst our warehouse team work hard to ensure every order is sent out correctly, it can happen on occasion for a number of reasons.
We understand how frustrating this is so to ensure that we can get the correct item to you as soon as possible, we request that you provide all of the following:
- Photos of the incorrect unit
- Photos of the postage label and packaging

Return address will be confirmed via email once we receive your return and assess your request
Once your item is received, we will notify you once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed by Techaholic Pty Ltd Refunds can take up to 7-14 days to appear in your nominated account after being processed.
We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org if you have received a damaged or defective item.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be for the cost of goods only.
This does not apply if you have received a damaged item or the incorrect item.
The Australian Consumer Law provides certain guarantees to consumers when they purchase goods and these guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
