Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at our cost.
