At Techaholic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at our cost.

How to Lodge a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed promptly

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Screen protectors that have been applied
  • Items that have been personalised or custom-made

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
